President and Founder
Mr. Verma has over four decades of experience in information technology and management consulting services, with an educational background including a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Information Systems, Graduate in Public Sector Management (Australia) and Certificate in ISO 9000 Quality Systems Management. He possess both international credentials and a global career history, having worked in the United States, Australia and India in a variety of managerial and technical positions in both government, and private sector organizations, including: water utility, treasury, financial services, publishing, railways, school education and manufacturing organizations. Mr. Verma currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Camden County Police Department and oversees the Departments Public Safety Information Technology Grid.

Vice President
Dr Varun Verma is a graduate of New York University and a practicing board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He has extensive experience in leading teams both in healthcare and as a tech entrepreneur founding a venture-backed startup. He has had the honor of working at UCSF, Brigham and Women’s Hospital (Harvard), Mount Sinai Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center and Jefferson Health New Jersey. His healthcare IT interests are to ensure workflow optimization for healthcare professionals and in reducing medical errors.
